Chapter one:

“Hey sasuke……” naruto said, practicing in front of his mirror. “… Wanna go out some time? Mabey we can have sex…. HELL NO! I messed up again……” naruto sat down on his bead, rubbing his eyes. He looked at the clock… it read clearly 2:37 PM. He laid down on his bead, tomarrow was the big mission with saske, kakashi, and of course, sakura…… he had been hoping that he would have gained the courage to tell sasuke about his feelings before now, but he hadn’t had the courage……. HE closed his eyes, contemplating what he should do.

The next morning, he met up with the team, but as always, kakashi was late. “where have you been kakashi?” sakura asked, though she knew the answer all too well. “lost on the road of life.” Was his cover up for the real reason, naruto could just imagine him saying “I have a hangover, I was at the gay bar last night, screw off you little bitch.” He giggled to himself. Okay, so mabey he had put in the last part, but who could blame him? Sakura was only going to settle for him, he was 2nd in her eyes, and jealousy would strike him when she would flirt with sasuke.

“understood?” kakashi said, interrupting naruto’s train of thought. “what?” he asked. “could you repeat that?” he said “we will need to be carful.” He said, “no, before that.”  “oh, this will be a dangerous mission.” “before that.” Said naruto “what the heack? How much did you miss?” kakashi asked. “um… all of it…” naruto replied. “GAAAAH! You idiot…” he said outloud.

The had tio cross a lake the size of the whole leaf village to egt to the rock pools, and though naruto never thought this would happen, eh as paired up with sasuke, to go do their part…. Alone…. They arrived in the cave, with naruto directing. “so saskue, what is the mission?” he asked. “you baka! We are supposed to deliver an ancient artifact to the legendary rocks of the blue lake.” “…..” naruto paused. He honesly had no idea what saskue was saying “Fine, I’ll dumb it down for you! We… put… sparkly diamond, that is green, on big blue rocks.” Sasku teased, but naruto would not admit that it was easir to comprehend then what he had said before.

“naruto…. Where are we going? We are lost aren’t we?” he said, but naruto would not give him the satisfaction of knowing that naruto had gotten them lost, being a baka as always. “no, we are sopposed to be here……..” “naruto! Grab my hand!” sasuke shouted naruto’s eyes shone brightly “sasuke!” he said with delight, but he then realized that the cave they were in had filled with water, and that waves were pushing him away. He reached forward, trying to grab sasukes hand, the salty water filling his mouth, overlapping his head, drowning him, he reached towards saske, tryng, as hard as he could to grab him, anything, but he fell to the bottom of the rock pool cave.

He opened is eyes, flowing in the water, his energy slipping away, he thought to himself I never told sasuke that I love him…….
